How long will my order take?
Printing takes 2–4 business days. Delivery is typically 3–5 days in the UK, 4–7 across Europe and North America, and 7–14 elsewhere.
Where do you ship from?
Whichever of our 30+ production facilities is nearest you. Most orders are printed in your own country, so they arrive fast and without customs charges.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.
What if it doesn't fit?
Check the size guide on the product page first. If it's still wrong, you have 14 days to return it for a different size — email us and we'll sort it.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
We replace or refund it, your choice. Send a photo to business@mememarketplace.org within 30 days and you usually won't even need to post it back.
Can I return it if I just change my mind?
Yes — 14 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed. Return postage is yours.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships.
Can I request a custom design?
Email us. If enough people want it, we'll make it.
